Estas condiciones rigen el uso de framed.day, un sitio personal de Marc Pérez. Entrar en el sitio, o conectarle una cuenta de otro servicio, significa aceptarlas. Quien no las acepte, que no entre: no hay nada que perder, porque el sitio es privado.

These terms govern the use of framed.day, a personal site belonging to Marc Pérez. Using the site, or connecting another service's account to it, means accepting them. Anyone who does not accept them should simply not use it: nothing is lost, because the site is private.

Cómo se tratan los datos se cuenta aparte, en la política de privacidad, que forma parte de estas condiciones.

How data is handled is set out separately, in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Quién puede usarloWho may use it

framed.day todavía no es un servicio abierto. No hay registro ni planes, y de momento existe una sola cuenta, la del titular; el acceso se concede a mano. Todo lo que hay detrás de la puerta —el brief del día, la agenda, las tareas, las fotos— es material privado. Si algún día se abre a más gente, estas condiciones cambiarán antes de que eso ocurra.

framed.day is not an open service yet. There is no sign-up and there are no plans; for now there is a single account, the owner's, and access is granted by hand. Everything behind the door — the daily brief, the calendar, the tasks, the photos — is private material. If it ever opens up to more people, these terms will change before that happens.

Intentar entrar sin permiso, adivinar credenciales, sondear el sitio en busca de agujeros o saltarse la sesión no está autorizado, y se considera acceso no consentido a un sistema ajeno.

Attempting to get in without permission, guessing credentials, probing the site for holes or circumventing the session gate is not authorised, and counts as unauthorised access to someone else's system.

• Compartir sus credenciales ni dejar la sesión abierta a terceros.
• Automatizar peticiones al sitio o a sus rutas internas por encima de lo que hace la propia página.
• Usar el sitio para nada ilegal, ni para almacenar o difundir contenido ajeno sin derecho a ello.
• Interferir con su funcionamiento, ni con los servicios de terceros a los que se conecta.

• Share their credentials or leave the session open to third parties.
• Automate requests against the site or its internal routes beyond what the page itself does.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to store or spread other people's content without the right to do so.
• Interfere with its operation, or with the third-party services it connects to.

Los contenidosContent

El código y el diseño del sitio son de su titular. Los contenidos que entran en él —las fotos de Google Photos, los eventos del calendario, las tareas, lo que suena en Spotify— siguen siendo de quien ya eran: el sitio solo los enseña mientras están en pantalla y no reclama ningún derecho sobre ellos.

The site's code and design belong to its owner. The content that flows into it — the Google Photos pictures, the calendar events, the tasks, whatever is playing on Spotify — remains whoever's it already was: the site merely displays it while it is on screen and claims no rights over it.

Las fotos se muestran tal cual las entrega Google, sin recortarlas de forma engañosa ni alterarlas, y desaparecen de la página en cuanto se retira el permiso o se dejan de compartir los álbumes.

Photos are shown as Google delivers them, neither misleadingly cropped nor altered, and they leave the page the moment the grant is withdrawn or the albums stop being shared.

Servicios de tercerosThird-party services

El sitio se apoya en servicios que no son suyos: Google (Google Photos y la cuenta), Spotify, GitHub y Vercel. Conectar cualquiera de ellos implica aceptar además las condiciones de ese servicio, y lo que ocurra dentro de él se rige por ellas, no por estas.

The site leans on services that are not its own: Google (Google Photos and the account), Spotify, GitHub and Vercel. Connecting any of them also means accepting that service's own terms, and whatever happens inside it is governed by those, not by these.

framed.day no está afiliado a Google ni patrocinado por Google. Google Photos es una marca de Google LLC; se usa aquí solo para decir con qué servicio funciona el sitio. Cualquiera de esos servicios puede cambiar o retirar su acceso, y entonces la función que dependa de él dejará de estar.

framed.day is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC, used here only to say which service the site works with. Any of those services may change or withdraw access, and the feature depending on it will then simply stop being there.

DisponibilidadAvailability

Esto es un proyecto personal, no un servicio con compromisos. Puede caerse, cambiar de un día para otro, perder funciones o apagarse del todo sin aviso previo, y no hay disponibilidad garantizada, ni soporte, ni obligación de conservar nada.

This is a personal project, not a service with commitments. It may go down, change overnight, lose features or be switched off entirely without prior notice. There is no guaranteed uptime, no support and no obligation to preserve anything.

Sin garantías y responsabilidadNo warranty, and liability

El sitio se ofrece tal cual y según disponibilidad, sin garantía de ningún tipo, ni expresa ni implícita, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin concreto y ausencia de errores. Los datos que muestra pueden estar incompletos o desfasados: no son una fuente sobre la que tomar decisiones críticas.

The site is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error. The data it shows may be incomplete or stale: it is not a source on which to base critical decisions.

En la medida que permita la ley, el titular no responde de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar el sitio. Nada de esto limita la responsabilidad que por ley no se puede excluir, ni los derechos que correspondan a los consumidores.

To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor any rights consumers may have.

Fin del accesoEnding access

El titular puede retirar el acceso a cualquiera, en cualquier momento y sin motivo. Cualquiera puede irse cuando quiera: basta con desconectar los servicios enlazados y dejar de entrar. Los apartados sobre contenidos, garantías, responsabilidad y ley aplicable siguen valiendo después.

The owner may withdraw anyone's access, at any time and for any reason. Anyone may leave whenever they like: disconnect the linked services and stop coming back. The sections on content, warranties, liability and governing law survive afterwards.

CambiosChanges

Estas condiciones pueden cambiar. Cuando cambien, cambia la fecha de arriba, y seguir usando el sitio después de eso es aceptarlas.

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the site afterwards means accepting them.

Ley aplicableGoverning law

Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley española. Para cualquier disputa serán competentes los juzgados y tribunales de España, sin perjuicio del fuero que la normativa de consumo reconozca a los consumidores.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the venue consumer law grants to consumers.
